This is Home Fest (TIHF) presented by Lake Charles Toyota is a vibrant all-day cultural festival that breathes life into Southwest Louisiana (SWLA). Nestled in the heart of Lake Charles, Louisiana, we’ve curated an experience that enriches the tapestry of our city. Immerse yourself in live music across multiple stages, explore curated art vendors and of course, indulge your taste buds with an array of culinary delights from local cuisines. Come celebrate why This is Home one beat, brushstroke and bite at a time.
TIHF was created in 2021 in response to the natural disasters that hit SWLA in a back-to-back punch. We recognized the need to give residents of SWLA something to look forward to, a reason to celebrate home. From day one, our mission has been to improve the quality of life in SWLA through music and the arts. TIHF is a free festival held on the Lakefront in Downtown Lake Charles every second to last weekend in April. As our festival grows, our reach and quality of talent continues to grow as well.

We are more than just a music festival. This is Home Fest is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and has given over $36,000 to the SWLA community since its inception. Our reach expands farther than just SWLA. In response to the Kentucky tornadoes in December 2021, This is Home Fest traveled over 1,000 miles to serve hot meals to those displaced by the storm. From there, This is Home Cooking was established. We know firsthand it takes a village to recover from a natural disaster and we want to continue paying it forward.
